Male or female stalkers with psychopathic tendencies may appear overly calm to make you overreact to the Life Invasion they are performing. They could send Loving Bombing messages to stay under the radar. Or send other people to be present, which is known as Abuse by Proxy. A bunch of flowers can appear harmless at first to an outsider. To the victim or target, it isn't; it has subtext. Call 101, 999 or 911 with all documentation ready, take photographs, screen grabs, anything small or cars and number plates, odd timing, a change in people's perception. Psychologists play mind games with one or two; they may do the same with groups when they can't be honest about what they have done. Love bombing is a major red flag; it is intentionally trying to appear as the opposite, as if nothing has happened, more gaslighting, meaning they think they can still control people's perception. Everything is evidence.
There could be a contrast of being psychology abusive behind closed doors but appearing to have victimhood in public. Female stalkers, as female psycopaths are harder to spot, being less overt. Study the people around them, how they act on their behalf. The cover-up action is not over nothing, it is over something the cant be controlled on their terms, a need to control other peoples percetion is a give away what they were doing before fear of exposure.

Better Help - What Is Abuse By Proxy And How Does It Affect Children?
"What is abuse by proxy?
Abuse by proxy occurs when an abuser manipulates others to participate in or carry out acts that cause harm to a targeted individual. These “proxies” might include close friends, extended family members, medical professionals, therapists, law enforcement, or even the children of the target."
Telling false or exaggerated stories to others to isolate someone from their support system
Anyone involved in a situation with an emotionally manipulative person can be affected by abuse by proxy. However, certain dynamics make some individuals particularly vulnerable to being the target of or unwittingly involved in abuse by proxy.
